Paralian’s 2025 Bowyer Ridge Chardonnay is a single-vineyard release sourced from the Rosback family’s Bowyer Ridge Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Grown at 480–495m on mica schist soils, the vineyard is Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certified.

Hand-picked fruit was whole-bunch pressed, with free-run juice fermented in French oak, including 13% new oak and predominantly 500L puncheons. The wine was then left on lees with regular stirring and partial malolactic fermentation to build texture.

The 2025 shows white peach, fresh cream, green lemon and nougat, layered with flinty reduction and grapefruit. Ripe fruit, fine phenolics and natural acidity drive a long, detailed and complex finish.
