The 2021 vintage in the Piccadilly Valley was exceptional. The 2021 Pinot Noir was made from 100% estate grown fruit which was hand-picked and shows the rewards of patience. Displaying a rich ruby colour this wine reveals dark cherry, dark plum, savoury spice and black olive with a hint of redcurrant before a long lingering finish with fine-grained tannins.
