Deeply expressive, the wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, layered with savoury notes of coffee grinds, bay leaf and hints of licorice and menthol.

The palate is generous and velvety, delivering dark fruit intensity balanced by fine, lightly chewy tannins and subtle spice. Matured in older French oak for approximately 14 months, the wine retains purity and freshness while gaining complexity and texture. The finish is smooth, persistent and beautifully integrated.

Approachable in its youth yet structured for extended cellaring through to 2030, this Clare Valley blend is equally suited to immediate enjoyment or patient ageing.
