The Ministry Of Clouds Shiraz 2023 emerges from McLaren Vale, one of the world’s most ancient and geologically diverse wine regions, blending fruit from the deep sands of Blewitt Springs and the structured bedrock of the Onkaparinga Rocks vineyard. This Shiraz is a testament to a modern, slender expression of the variety. 

On the nose, it displays enticing cool blue and red fruit notes intertwined with coal dust and earthy undertones, complemented by a subtle oak creaminess. The palate reveals a vibrant fruit weight, striking a balance between deep, fleshy richness and a bright, nervy profile, underscored by fine, mineral tannins. Ideal at 16°C, this Shiraz pairs excellently with spicy Catalan fish stew and can be cellared for 5 to 8 years for further development.
