Old Vine Grenache stands as the hero of their Barossa GSM, while elegant Syrah and spicy Mourvèdre contribute signature definition and structure to this harmonious blend. Nine months of élevage in seasoned (3–8 year old) French oak hogsheads support a deep-fruited palate of dark cherry and strawberry, layered with mineral notes of graphite and ferrous character. A savoury touch of supple, fine-grain tannin adds texture, while gentle, refreshing acidity provides line and drive, carrying the brooding, delicious fruit through to a lingering finish.
