The Dowie Doole C.S.M. is a quintessential Australian red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot. This wine is a blend of fruit from the two terroirs of Dowie Doole; the sandy slopes of Blewitt Springs and the ancient rocks of Tatachilla. Where each variety is used for their particular strengths; Cabernet Sauvignon offering a perfume of eucalypt and blackcurrant as well as a long tannin line to the palate. Shiraz giving aromatic red fruit lift and the more powerful mouth filling fruits. The Merlot completes it all offering blue fruit aromatics, and soft velvety tannins rounding the palate.
