APPEARANCE: Bright honeysuckle.

BOUQUET: Bosche pear, nectarine and basil leaf aromas.

PALATE: Juicy flavours of white peach and pear intertwine with the bright acidity of freshly squeezed lemon, create a lively symphony of taste sensations.

One vineyard with some of the original Fiano plantings in Australia. Now 12 years old. There is a lovely diurnal temperature change at this site with the nights being cold and warmer days filled with sunshine. The Fiano thrives in these conditions and produces the honeysuckle brightness that Tash wants. Texture is built gradually in the winery with a long and cold natural yeast ferment.
