Crafted from select parcels across the Bethany and Stonewell vineyards, this Shiraz showcases the sites’ exceptional cellaring potential. Each parcel was vinified separately in open-top fermenters and matured in French oak for up to 18 months, resulting in a wine that balances youthful vibrancy with long-term aging potential.

Beautifully perfumed, it opens with aromas of violets, black fruits, spice, and a touch of cedar. Layers of earth, olive, and dark chocolate add depth, while the palate reveals fine powdery tannins, ferrous minerality, and flavours of blackberry and plum. Rich yet refined, it finishes savoury and long — a poised and age-worthy Barossa Shiraz.
