Crafted from Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are harvested at night, lightly pressed for 6–10 hours, and only the ‘Free Run’ juice is used. Cold fermentation preserves natural fruit sweetness and bright aromas. Vibrant crimson in colour, it shows strawberries, raspberries, and summer roses on the nose, with a palate bursting with red berries, playful raspberry notes, and crisp acidity.
