Woodstock Old Fortified is a classic Australian Tawny-style wine with an average age of 13 years, continuing the fortified tradition established by founder Doug Collett in the 1960s and 70s. Today, Scott Collett carries on this legacy, crafting a rich and elegant fortified wine from McLaren Vale Grenache and Shiraz.

Partially fermented juice is fortified with grape spirit to 18.5% alcohol, then aged in small old barrels to develop concentrated sugars, acids, and rancio flavours. Medium amber in colour, it shows aromas of caramel, figs, and cinnamon, with luscious red fruit and nutty caramel flavours on the palate, balanced by fine spirit notes and a long, elegant finish.
Ideal as an after-dinner wine, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts.
