The Maxwell Lime Cave Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a premium wine grown on the limestone ridge right above the winery and cellar door. Planted in 1972, this Cabernet is named for the renowned Lime Cave located beneath the winery, which shares the same soils as the vines that grow many meters above.

It offers a generous palate featuring red currant, cranberry, and cherry, complemented by integrated cedar oak characteristics. Designed to age, this wine is truly delicious now but is expected to develop gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years.
