Wangolina Rose 2024 - 6 Pack
Dolcetto & Tempranillo were simultaneously harvested from Wirrega Vineyard in Mundulla. After spending 2 hours soaking on skins before pressing, the grapes were co-fermented in stainless steel, using selected yeasts to enhance the aromatic qualities of these varieties.
A little more restrained compared to previous years, but still very pretty. Meddling aromas of red apple skin, summer berries & pink grapefruit with a short, crisp & herbaceous finish.
