The quandong, or native peach, grows in the Flinders Ranges, is an important fruit to the local custodians of Adnyamathanha people. is highly nutritious and contains twice the vitamin C of an orange.
A bold, fruity gin that stands alone but also teams well with a quality tonic.
Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange.
