A light, supple style of Pinot that WE like to drink. It's super aromatic with pretty red fruits and thirst-quenching natural acidity. Most fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for five days (with some fruit fermented as whole bunches). The resulting wine was then pressed to older French oak and rested just under ten months on lees before racking and bottling. This drinks beautifully with a slight chill in warmer weather.
