Mixed clonal Chardonnay (b76, b95 and entav) from a small vineyard in Mt Torrens. The fruit was gently destemmed and pressed to a mix of old and new (33%) fine grained French oak 500l puncheons. The fruit was left to ferment on full solids in barrel and age sur lee for 8 months before blending and left in stainless tank for 3 months before bottling. 

A "New Wave" style of chardonnay showing aromas of flint, stone fruit and a lifted oak spice. The palate has delicate white peach, a nervy acidity and long linear finish
