Blended in the Howard Vineyard house style, this sparkling wine brings together 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay. The Chardonnay contributes texture, structure, and hints of nuttiness, while the Pinot Noir adds lift, richness, and red fruit brightness. Expect crisp citrus and peach from the Chardonnay, and delicate strawberry tones from the Pinot Noir. The result is a wine of fine mineral definition, creamy texture, and excellent aging potential.

Sourced from the Beautiful Valley Vineyard in Charleston, where vines at 450–500 metres above sea level thrive on gentle east-facing slopes, the fruit was hand-picked in the coldest part of the night to preserve purity and freshness. Pinot Noir was picked slightly riper for depth and fruit definition, while Chardonnay was harvested early to build structure. Each parcel was fermented separately, with assemblage after three months of maturation.
