A provincial style rosé; pale salmon pink in colour, dry, savoury and textural from several months on fine lees. Fresh strawberries, guava with savoury rose petals and spice.

Hand picked at first light, arriving cold and fresh at the winery, the grapes were pressed after 2 hours on skins to achieve the light pink hue. Fermented in stainless steel, the freshness and
delicacy of the Grenache results in a well balanced and precisely crafted Rosé wine.

From the old vines on our Bracken vineyard. The soils are sandy, nutrient poor, and truly ancient; as old as 56 million years old. Growing season days are long and sunny, moderated by
cooling sea breezes from the Gulf of St. Vincent. This Rosé is picked from the lowest part of the vineyard, which is slower ripening, perfectly preserving crisp natural acidity and an elegant and aromatic style.
