Chardonnay with it all – flinty, a touch of oak, and bursting with powerful fruit. Sourced from select vineyards in Lenswood, Piccadilly, and Gumeracha, this wine showcases the nuance of the Adelaide Hills. Hand-harvested and made solely from free-run juice, it’s fermented in a mix of French and Slavonian oak, then aged on lees for added texture and depth.

Bright and expressive, with a mineral edge, subtle oak spice, and layers of stone fruit and citrus. Complex yet focused, with drive, structure, and a long, clean finish.
