Inspired by early encounters with the layered, savoury wines of the Southern Rhône, this cuvée is an assemblage of the finest parcels from the vintage, selected for purity, structure, and longevity. Hand-picked over multiple dates and wild fermented in open vessels, the parcels of Grenache & Shiraz were gently extracted and matured on gross lees in old French oak to preserve line and savoury depth.

Bright and aromatic, the wine shows lifted red fruits of cherry and raspberry, floral notes, and subtle spice. The palate is powerful yet poised, driven by dense, crunchy red berry fruit, framed by persistent sandy tannins and a fresh, supporting line of acidity that carries length and balance.
