A youthful, vibrant Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir distinguished by seductive black-cherry aromatics and exotic spice. On the palate, it shows fresh berry flavours, bright acidity and fine, lingering tannins.
The warm, sunny 2025 vintage delivered excellent fruit quality and solid yields, with multiple Pinot Noir clones from several Adelaide Hills sites contributing to the wine’s complexity. In the winery, cool-harvested, destemmed whole berries were fermented with gentle pump-overs, then pressed and kept in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s freshness and vitality.
