Elegant and driven, opening with floral lift, fresh cherries and red fruit alongside subtle savoury notes. Its palate is complex and lingering, with berries, blossom, spice and a hint of charry oak carrying through to a long finish.
The 2024 season delivered tiny Pinot Noir crops and ideal cool, dry, sunny conditions, resulting in exceptional concentration. Multiple clones added further complexity, with harvest completed between March 2 and 9. In the winery, each clone was cold-soaked, hand-plunged and pressed separately before maturation in French oak (25% new). After malolactic fermentation, only the top barrels were blended for the final wine.
