A vibrant, flavour-filled Pinot Gris, offering fresh pear and apple layered with spice and floral notes, finishing long and crisp. It shows immediate lift and richness, with potential to gain depth over the next few years.
The 2025 vintage delivered excellent quality thanks to a long, cool, sunny ripening period. In the winery, carefully chilled, lightly pressed fruit yields mostly free-run juice—partly fermented in French oak for complexity and the rest in stainless steel for freshness.
A small pressings portion is oxidised to remove colour and fermented in older oak, adding texture before the parcels are blended for balance.
