The heart and soul of the Seppeltsfield fortified range is the Para Tawny Collection. Para has been synonymous with luxurious fortified wine for over a century, with the iconic insignia being the name of the river that meanders through the Barossa landscape.

The 21 Year Old Para Tawny is a single vintage wine made from select parcels of the 2004 vintage, carefully drawn from the barrel and bottled to showcase its unique character. Reflecting the growing conditions of a single season, the wine was matured in well-seasoned oak hogsheads.
Fortified with aromatic, creamy brandy spirit, it has developed spiced and complex characters through extensive aging.
