Sidewood Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is sourced primarily from selected blocks on the Charleston and Oakbank properties, two of Australia's finest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards. The low-yielding parcels were harvested over a two-week period to ensure optimal ripeness. Chilled grapes were gently pressed at the winery and underwent a long, slow, cool fermentation to preserve the best flavors. This wine bursts with vibrant notes of lime zest, ruby grapefruit, and lychee, complemented by hints of nettle and cucumber. The lingering flavor creates a mouthwatering sensation with incredible length, offering versatility and decadence in every drop.
