Subtle notes of roasted almond and freshly baked biscuit bring a savoury, gently toasty complexity to the bright red-fruited profile.

The palate is lively and finely textured, with fresh red berries and crisp apple carried by a refreshing line of acidity. A soft creaminess through the mid-palate is balanced by its energetic freshness, while almond and biscuit notes add depth and persistence. Clean, bright and beautifully balanced, it finishes crisp and dry with excellent length and an immediately moreish character.
