The ‘Entrada’ range of wines are inspired by winemaker Alan Varney’s time in the small Portuguese town of Entradas, in Alentejo, where he lived a vintage in 2017.

Sourced from 60+ year old bush vine planted on the sandy slopes of Blewitt Springs.  Cinsault from young vines planted to the sandy soils of Seaview.

Roughly 10% wild fermented in seasoned French barriques with judicious lees stirring to build mouthfeel. The balance was fermented long, cold, and clean using a Champagne derived yeast strain. 12% Cinsault provides aromatic complexity and lift.

Happy on any table with a wide range of cuisines but shines with robust South East Asian flavours.
