Empress Riesling 2024 comes from a high-altitude Eden Valley vineyard on ancient granitic sands. Low yields, cool conditions and a dry finish to the season produced intensely flavoured fruit with vibrant natural acidity. The fruit was harvested early, with free-run juice fermented cool using some solids to build subtle texture.

Bright and focused, the wine shows pure citrus flavours, lemon blossom and white florals, with hints of wet slate and a fine, talc-like texture. Energetic acidity carries the palate to a clean, precise finish.
