This distinctive Shiraz is co-fermented with a little Zibibbo to create a delicious and decidedly different expression of the variety.

Not your average Shiraz. The nose offers vibrant notes of peach, ripe nectarine, wild raspberry and a touch of spice. The palate is soft and slurpy, with a silky texture and gentle tannins that add just the right amount of seasoning, reminiscent of macerated strawberries and black pepper.

The wine transforms a previously undervalued resource into something hugely enjoyable and, ultimately, gorgeous.
