Aroma: Lifted and pure, with notes of grapefruit, green pear, baked apple, and a flinty edge that hints at its mineral-rich soils and considered élevage.

Palate: Mouth-filling and creamy, this Chardonnay strikes a beautiful balance between texture and tension. Wild ferment complexity, subtle oak spice (25% new Damy and Chassin), and lees stirring contribute richness, while a bright line of acidity brings drive and precision. A harmonious and expressive wine, showcasing the cool-climate pedigree of Mount Torrens and thoughtful, hands-off winemaking.
