The grapes are crushed and cold-macerated for 48 hours before spending 12 days on skins under a wild ferment. The wine is then matured in seasoned French oak barriques to showcase maximum Tempranillo expression.

The 2023 Tempranillo displays focused aromas of raspberry, black cherry and ripe, juicy fig, with vibrant raspberry notes. Fine varietal tannins provide a soft, chalky texture beneath the fruit, leading into a delicious savoury backbone of green tobacco and rosemary. It pairs beautifully with a local lamb chop cooked on the barbecue.
