Grown in Mundulla on the Limestone Coast, Tempranillo thrives in the region’s moderate climate. The grapes undergo 48 hours of cold maceration, 12 days on skins with a wild ferment, then mature in seasoned French oak barriques.
Bright raspberry, black cherry and ripe fig lead to soft, chalky tannins, cedary oak and savoury notes of green tobacco and rosemary. Perfect with local lamb on the BBQ.
