It had been over six months since their class favorite Cabernet Sauvignon was last available in the Cellar Door, and now they were thrilled to announce the return of their Bittersweet Symphony. The new release featured updated label artwork designed to evoke a fresh sensory experience.

This year's Bittersweet Cabernet presented itself as a graceful, lifted red wine with a medium to full palate weight. It showcased bright flavors of blackcurrant and dark plum, complemented by the distinct regional influence of Clare Valley menthol. The wine's time spent in oak barrels contributed to its relative softness, while finishing with tight, gently drying tannins, ensuring a satisfying and harmonious conclusion to each sip.
