The Loftia 2022 comes from a textbook cool, slow-ripening season in the Adelaide Hills, with mild summer days delivering vibrant natural acidity and beautifully developed flavour — ideal conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This vintage sees Chardonnay take the lead at 90%, shining with line and precision, while 10% Pinot Noir adds subtle texture and mid-palate depth. The result is a sparkling wine that is famously crisp and zesty, yet complex and elegantly restrained after extended lees ageing.

Hand-picked parcels were fermented in stainless steel, with select components undergoing malolactic fermentation before blending. Bottled by hand and aged a minimum of three years on lees, Loftia develops layers of green apple, citrus zest, almond croissant and freshly baked bread. Disgorged in small batches from October 2025
