Split Pick Moscato NV is a lightly sparkling (frizzante-style) wine crafted by Dunes & Greene from premium South Eastern Australian vineyards. In true Muscat tradition, select parcels are “split picked,” with earlier-harvested fruit used to create this fresh, vibrant Moscato, while later picks may go toward fortified wines.
The fruit is harvested in the cool of the evening to preserve delicate aromatics, then cool fermented with carefully selected yeast strains. Fermentation is stopped early to maintain the perfect balance between natural acidity and grape sweetness, resulting in a gently bubbly, lively wine with bright varietal character.

Very pale rose pink in colour, this Moscato offers enticing aromas of pink roses, fresh strawberries and musk. The palate bursts with exotic tropical fruits, showing a light, refreshing sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and a delicate sparkle. At 8.5% alcohol, it’s ideal for a summer afternoon or relaxed brunch — best enjoyed well chilled alongside tuna sashimi with wasabi dressing or fresh strawberries with lemon mint sorbet.
