Gipsie Jack The Terrier Shiraz Cabernet 2019
The Terrier is deep red in colour and has some lifted floral, chocolate and dark fruit characters. It also shows some red fruit which compliments the Christmas cake like complexity and the slight mint, spice, and savory notes. The palate is layered with dark fruits, savory vanilla oak & a touch of spice, with fine tannin that sees the wine finish soft round, rich and silky.
