Fell Wines are the product of Winemaker Tom Hicks. Inspired by the fells of northern England, where shepherds nurture ancient flocks of sheep that have built a special bond with the land, comes FELL WINES.

Similar care and finesse goes into producing the small-batch handcrafted Fell Wines. Each wine is made with minimal intervention to produce vibrant drops that tell a story about the variety and region.

While winemaking can be a delicate process, with risk comes reward and by utilising wild yeast in open fermenters Fell Wines are able to produce complex wines that showcase South Australia's finest regions.

Tom hopes that every glass of FELL takes you on a journey through the vineyard and winemaking process, showing the time and care taken to produce each and every bottle.
