Heath & Co are Dave and Hannah, Daisy, Finn and Albie, the Co is the company they keep. Their friends, their family, their neighbours and those they have met along the way.
This adventure started long before the vineyard became their home. Heath & Co is a 50 acre certified organic property nestled on the banks of the Finniss River. Heath & Co nurtures 10 acres of 20 year old Shiraz and 5 acres of 18 year old Tempranillo Vines producing premium certified organic wine grapes.
They are committed to being a small batch boutique vineyard using regenerative organic farming practices which focuses on the microbiome of the soil – nourishing the ecosystem that is not always visible to the eye. They focus on providing a living soil with a balanced ecosystem that nourishes and strengthens their vines. When the soil balance is right, the landscape flourishes!
Heath & Co currently produces delightful Rose, Tempranillo and Shiraz which beautifully expresses the organic fruit that they grow and the terroir where it is grown.
