Under the skillful hands of Winemaker Kate Laurie, a partial barrel fermentation in seasoned French oak, complemented by regular bâttonage, imparts a captivatingly textured quality to the Pinot Gris. On the nose, expect lifted aromas of pear, citrus, and delicate rose petals.

With its release in July 2023, this wine is poised for cellar aging, offering a recommended aging potential of five to eight years. At a moderate alcohol level of 12.5% and with French oak influence at 30% (fourth use), this Pinot Gris embodies a harmonious balance of fruit expression, texture, and cellar-worthy longevity.
