Good Catholic Girl 'James Brazill' Shiraz 2018
"My Great Uncle Lieutenant James Brazll Wilson was born in Adelaide in 1892, the son of Herbert and Matutina Wilson, having two older sisters, Nell and Dorothy (my grandmother and two younger sisters Hilda and Babe. Sadly in France, on 3rd September 1916 James was killed at Mouquet Farm, part of The Pozieres bloodbath that killed and maimed 23,000 Australians., To honour him his sister Dorothy named her first born son after him, my father, James Brazill Barry born 1925. My father carried his name with love and Pride throughout his life. My Limerick Vineyard in Armagh is the home of my 2 acres of Shiraz, which come from cuttings from my dad's famed Armagh Shiraz.
