Sourced from the Lenswood vineyard. 8% whole bunches with wild yeast fermentation; six months' maturation in 30% new oak, with weekly lees stirring.
The resulting wine is complex with darker fruit spectrum but explosive aromatics. Lithe and fresh with enough structure to pair with a wide variety of dishes.
