Following the success of the 2024, the 2025 Village Pinot Noir offers a generous, deep-hued profile rather than a purely ethereal style. Lifted bright red fruits are met with a sophisticated, savoury tannin edge, providing excellent structure. With healthy yields in 2025, Gareth utilized a wide range of whole berry and bunch ferments (20–100%) across seven premium sites. Spent ten months in barrel with just 10% new oak, this wine balances immediate drinkability with a refreshing complexity that will continue to evolve.
