Polish Hill River is one of Clare Valley’s unofficial sub-regions, renowned for producing mineral-driven Riesling with naturally high acidity due to its distinctive soil profile.

Made in the John Vickery style, the wine is approachable, bright and textured, with an abundance of natural acidity. It is a fine expression of this lesser-known sub-region and an excellent choice for Clare Valley Riesling lovers, as well as those drawn to the zesty appeal of Eden Valley Riesling. Highly versatile, it works equally well as an aperitif or alongside a wide range of foods, from seafood to meat and vegetables.
