The 2023 Mataro Cinsault Grenache Rosé has arrived! Fruit from these three varieties were all hand picked on the same day, crushed and juice drained off before being co-fermented in a stainless steel vat. Following a cool fermentation of the free run juice to preserve aromatics, the wine was bottled with minimal inputs to retain all the key attributes of the fruit grown in the vineyard.
