A fruity yet savoury interplay in the mouth, balancing blackberry jam, blueberries and blood plum against olive tapenade, bacon fat, more charcuterie and a slight saltiness. Plenty of concentration of flavour here but without thickness or excessive weight, finishing with fine and fresh tannins.
