This Rosé is made from Grenache and Mataro growing on small bush vines. this is an intentional Rosé, not drained off red grapes. These vines are managed with the intention of making a savoury, food friendly style of dry Rosé that suits any dish or occasion.

This vintage was affected by frost in September 2024, because of this quantities are very limited. They worked hard to save the best shoots for the structure and longevity of the vines. This produced a modest crop of grapes that were picked by hand early and made to be textural and refreshing.
The wine is just ripe, grippy, fresh and delicious - it almost doesn't matter what the varieties are.
