Fantastic growing season with hot summer days giving plenty of light into the canopy, assisted by arch cane pruning technique to allow bunches to hang separately. Cooler nights in Skilligalee Valley microclimate enabled a long ripening and perfect timing for picking.
The colour is bright, the nose is typical Clare aromatic, long length on the palate that hangs to enjoy long after your sip. An elegant wine that will cellar for years to come.
