Aroma:
Lifted notes of pear skin, citrus, almond meal, orange blossom, and a hint of sea spray.

Palate:
Zesty and refreshing with flavours of lemon, lime, and ripe pear. Textural palate with nutty undertones, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish.

Vineyard:
Sourced from a single vineyard in the Tatachilla sub-region of southern McLaren Vale, benefiting from coastal breezes that support optimal ripening and natural acidity in the Fiano.
