The 2024 Bull Ant Chardonnay from Langhorne Creek is crafted from premium grapes harvested in the cool of the night from a select parcel. Innovative winemaking, including partial barrel fermentation in French oak and extended time on lees, has created a stylish, fruit-driven Chardonnay with impressive texture and complexity.

The bouquet reveals enticing tropical fruit characters complemented by subtle citrus elements. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, offering flavours of white peach and cashew, leading to a long, dry finish.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid. Its story also pays tribute to the vineyard workers who once danced amongst the vines while avoiding the menacing bull ants that called the vineyard home.
