The 2025 Cirillo Single Vineyard Shiraz is sourced exclusively from the Cirillo family estate, offering a vibrant and beautifully composed expression of Barossa Shiraz. Crafted with a focus on purity and finesse, the wine was fermented with indigenous yeast in open fermenters, gently pressed, and matured predominantly in stainless steel, with only minimal time spent in seasoned French oak to preserve freshness and varietal clarity.

In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby-crimson hue with striking brightness and vitality. The aromas are generous and immediately appealing, unfolding with layers of dark berries, ripe plum, violets, and subtle spice. There is a prettiness and lift to the bouquet that gives the wine a distinctly feminine edge, balancing richness with elegance.

The palate is supple, generous, and delicious, carrying vibrant blackberry and dark plum fruit across a flowing, textural mouthfeel. While there is unmistakable depth and quiet power, the wine remains restrained and finely balanced, avoiding heaviness in favour of grace and precision.
