Deviation Road’s 2019 Beltana Blanc de Blancs is made from carefully selected Chardonnay parcels from the Piccadilly Valley, chosen for their natural acidity, precision and ability to develop with extended lees ageing.
Following primary fermentation in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation, the wine spent seven years ageing on lees before release.

It shows baking spice, preserved lemon, white stone fruit and hints of dried mango, with a fine persistent bead and vibrant sherbet-like acidity. Long, fresh and beautifully saline, it finishes crisp, lifted and mouth-watering.
